I went to Costco in Chiba with My friend, "yuki" and she bought ribbons has song note pattern and wired hem. She gave me some ribbons, and I decided to use this ribbon for scrapbooking.
So I used them inseted of patterned papers. And I made photo corners and a flower by ribbons and laces. Then I painted crackle paint in places. But I hasn't finished my layout. It's untitled and no journals.

I quoted a song "Gramma's house we go"
Heigh ho, heigh ho, heigh ho! We're on our way with horse and sleigh, Through fluffy drifts of snow. Oh, what a trip to take. She'll have a chocolate cake. There'll be some pies, of monstrous size, And chestnuts we can bake To Gramma's house we go, Heigh ho, heigh ho, heigh ho! What lovely things Thanksgiving brings; The nicest things we know!
30 participants following 6 color compositions, choosing their colors from the color wheel and created 30 tags for swap through two gatherings on 30 October and 20 November 2008. From the basic concept of color wheel to the book binding session, every process is filled with lots of learning and eventually providing us a great chance to realize how many colors are hidden in our daily life, how deep the relationship between colors and feeling.
I was given assignment "#6 Analogus Complementary",then I chose blue, orange and colors which is next to orange. I learned about color chromatics after a long time.
I think monkey is very curious and smart. He can say "Hello" in several language, definitely!!!!! I used "Monkey Business Kit Bright Green" for these cards. (Though I used monkey stamps, I don't have any discriminatory feelings.Absolutely true.)
I joined the Bind-It-All project "Black" swap run by yui and Joei. It's making 30pieces of black themed 4inchesx4inches and book covers, whatever you want by using any kind of technique, media, materials, then collecting together and binding with Bind-It-All. and return 4inches mini book with black pages to paticipants. If you are interested in it, please contact with Joei. (Oversea participants are welcome!)
I painted web with stamp marker. It's good for inking several colors on one stamp. Memento Marker(Tsukineko) is fade resistant than Impress Marker. But it's not be sold here in Japan yet. I can't wait to be sold it in Japan!
I stamped Kelly's spider with black pigment ink, then heat emboss it with Black Soot Distress Embossing powder(Ranger). Wait 10 minutes, adhered eyeballs on it and black wire on backside, then hung it from front panel.
I misted Tsukineko walnut ink and Ranger color wash and original color wash which I made as background. I painted Ranger distress crackle paint(black suit). Then when it not dried up, I stamped with skull stamp.
In September we OBPDT made some christmas projects with Flair Designs Paper "Holly Jolly". I made some christmas cards by using Flair Designs Paper "Holly Jolly" several month ago, so I made some home decoration projects and a gift box.
I love cone busket. It's easy to make. Just draw quater circle, then cut out and roll it! But I posted a template on my website; http://www.tipo.jp/ You can download conebusket template from "Freebie" on my web. (*you neeed Adobe Reader to print it.)
I made a gift box by using template from Prima Hybrid. (you can pick up from here.) Flair Designs Paper gives me very cute taste. I bought snowflake felt ribbon at dollor shop in Japan, last year. I'm crazy about felt.
I love retro vintage style, especially 60s-70s. I used retro fabric(though not real vintage fabric) for scrapbook and sewed them by sewing machine on patterned paper(from gcd designs). Alphabets_blank are made from foam. These are gift from Ikue. Thank you, Ikue!!!
